With our suite of finishing gear including guillotines, folders, collators, laminators, saddle stitching and perfect bind machines we can handle all types of finishing!
Once the job is wrapped up and ready for delivery it can be collected, delivered or couriered to a destination of your choice.
Something we do a lot of! We have two of the latest guillotines out, and at some stage during the production of your job, it will end up on one of them – maybe even twice!
You can add a little something extra to your job with a unique die cut! Individually made die blocks can turn your business card or brochure into a standout shape. Die cutting is also great for stickers, door hangers, packing wallets and much more.
Padding is an excellent way of keeping your Jobs Sheets, Vouchers or Compliment Slips in a nice tidy order. Notepads are a great way to get your brand in front of your customers and they make cost-effective corporate gifts to! Conference note pads? Any size and any number of sheets per pad … you name it, we will make it!
Collation is the process of gathering stacks of individual sheets and assembling them into an “order.” Our printers can collate; however, some projects need to be run through a separate collating machine! Sometimes we even do some hand collating or inserting into a job.
It happens multiple times daily! This is a process of putting a “dent” on the sheet where it gets folded, like with greeting cards. Usually this is necessary with heavier paper and card, to avoid “cracking” on the sheet and to maintain a smooth, even fold. Gets your job looking super sharp!
This is a technique that puts tiny “slits” in a dashed line so that the paper can be torn cleanly and easily. Our wide-variety of perforating blades gives you flexibility when designing pieces and with using different stocks.
Our finishing department has several high-speed folders! We are capable of folding just about anything, eg A5 to A6 cards, four-panel brochures, A4 to DLE for your mail merged correspondence, ready for inserting into envelopes. Ask us about our folding sizes.
For book stapling (saddle stitch), or just the top corner of a document - we can stitch it together with our automated machines. We also have a hand-operated machine for those more delicate projects.
Many projects require numbering, from vouchers, raffle tickets or party tickets to invoices. We can number a variety of papers and sheet sizes to help you keep track of your documentation!
We can customize your job with hole punching anywhere you want and with multiple sizes available. We have several machines that can help us get the hole in just the right spot for your project.
This is a plastic coating that prolongs the life of your project! You can have a matt or a gloss look on one or two sides. We have several machines that range from a heavy lamination for posters to a thin laminate idea for business cards to give them that added protection and a silky feel.
For something different we can use this cool machine to place a nice round corner on your job - no die-cutting needed.
Books, reports and catalogues etc can be bound in a variety of ways. Depending on your needs, we have machines on hand to cope with it all - plastic binds, wiro binds, saddle stitching or perfect binds. Pop in and check out our binding samples to see what will suit your job.
